Moments of Mindfulness – Gratitude

Let’s take a moment of mindfulness – what are you thanking God for today?

Ephesians 5:20 says, “And give thanks for everything to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.”
Throughout the Bible, we can see the importance of a grateful heart. It leads to peace and can pull you away from anxiety. So take a moment today to think of some things you are grateful for – your health, your family, food on the table, a roof over your head, a job opportunity, a favorite book or movie, a hobby you enjoy, anything – and thank God for it!
