
Let’s take a moment of mindfulness – what good thing are you choosing to think on today?
📖 Philippians 4:8 tells us “…Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.” Our thought life affects the rest of our life, and that is why it is so important to take every thought captive and bring it into the obedience of God (2 Corinthians 10:5). A fun visual is thoughts being like birds – you can’t stop a bird from flying over your head, but you can stop it from making a nest in your hair (dwelling on a negative thought). So when those thoughts come, brush it off and replace it with something good!
